1. WHAT THIS COVERS

These terms cover the website deadrop-server.duckdns.org, the DEADROP PVE game server and any purchases made on the website. By using the website, connecting to the server or making a purchase, you accept these terms.

2. THE SERVICE

DEADROP is a private, modded PVE game server for the game Rust with a custom in-game menu. Playing is free. Optional paid perks (VIP / OP tiers, RP currency, extra charges) are purchased through the website and delivered automatically to the game account linked to your Steam login.

3. PURCHASES & DELIVERY

Purchases are delivered automatically to the game account tied to the Steam login you used on the website. Make sure you are logged in with the correct Steam account before buying.
Delivery is automatic and usually completes within minutes, even while you are offline. If a purchase does not arrive within 24 hours, contact us on Discord and we will deliver it.
Tier purchases (VIP / OP) last for the listed duration (e.g. 30 days or 24 hours) from the moment of delivery, and expire automatically.

NO REFUNDS. All products are digital goods delivered immediately. By completing a purchase you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you therefore lose any right of withdrawal. No refunds are given for unused time, unused charges, boredom, losing in-game items, raids, or being banned for breaking the rules. If a purchase is not delivered, we will deliver it — that is our only obligation.

4. NO UPTIME GUARANTEE — IP CHANGES — WIPES

No availability guarantee: the server and website are provided "as is", on home hardware, without any promise of 24/7 uptime. Restarts, maintenance, power or internet outages and DDoS attacks can interrupt the service at any time.
IP changes: the server runs on a residential connection — the IP address can change at any time. The domain (deadrop-rust.duckdns.org) updates automatically; always connect through the domain, never a raw IP.
Wipes: the map wipes biweekly on a random popular seed. Purchased perks (tiers, charges, RP) survive wipes — but everything you built or looted in the world is lost on wipe. That is the nature of Rust and part of these terms.

5. PERKS MAY CHANGE

We continuously update the menu. Perks, options and limits of each tier can be added, changed or removed at any time. If a purchased perk is removed permanently, the remaining value is not refundable, but we will do our best to offer a fair alternative.

6. RULES & BANS

PVE rules apply: no raiding other players, no griefing, no abusing bugs or exploits outside the provided menu, no real-money trading of in-game items.
Breaking the rules can result in a ban without refund, including for active purchases.
Sharing your website login or reselling tier access is not allowed.

7. ELIGIBILITY

To make a purchase you must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of your parent or legal guardian — you are responsible for any purchase made with your Steam account.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, lost in-game progress or items, lost playtime, or losses caused by downtime, data loss, or third-party attacks (including DDoS). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

9. NOT AFFILIATED

This is a player-run community server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Facepunch Studios or Valve Corporation. "Rust" is a trademark of its respective owners.

10. CHANGES & LAW

We may update these terms at any time; the version on this page always applies. Continued use of the server or website after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator's country of residence. Mandatory consumer rights under your local law are not affected by anything here.
